"The apps take a big cut of every order."
Regulars who would order from you anyway still go through Deliveroo or Just Eat, and up to a third of each order goes to the app.

Sound familiar?
Regulars who would order from you anyway still go through Deliveroo or Just Eat, and up to a third of each order goes to the app.
Your menu is a blurry photo or an old PDF, and Google shows the wrong opening times, so diners pick somewhere else.
Paper stamp cards get lost, and you don't know who your regulars are, so there's no easy way to bring them back.
What the apps cost you
Delivery apps and booking platforms are useful for finding new customers. Your regulars don't need them. A website that takes their bookings and orders directly pays for itself quickly.

What's included
Most diners look at your menu before they book. Ours open fast on any phone and stay right, because you can change them yourself in minutes.
A mobile menu page with prices, photos and the allergens on every dish. Change a dish or price yourself and it updates everywhere.
Booking buttons connected to the booking system you already use, such as [ResDiary, OpenTable or SevenRooms], so diners book in a few taps.
Collection and delivery orders through your own website, connected to your ordering tool, so regulars stop paying the apps' prices.
Your opening hours, address, menu link and photos kept the same on your site, Google Business Profile and maps.
Menu, hours, prices and allergens published in a format search engines and AI assistants read, so they describe you correctly.
Main content on screen in under 2.5 seconds on mobile, tested on real phones before launch.
Connected, not replaced
We connect your current online ordering, delivery and table booking tools to the website. You keep your accounts, your customer data and your existing setup.
Free on request, with any package
Diners sign up to LoyaltyPoints for free and get their own QR code on their phone. At the till, your staff scan it with a scanner we install with your EPOS system, such as Epos Now, and the stamp is added. You set the rewards, such as £5 off after five visits or a free coffee on the tenth.
42% of UK consumers say they are more likely to choose a restaurant with a loyalty scheme, and simple price reductions are the reward they want most. RSM UK, July 2024

FAQ
Starter websites are £49 a month with no setup fee, or £395 upfront plus a care plan. Launch, with table bookings, starts from £895. Growth, with direct ordering and payments, starts from £2,295. No VAT is added, and you get a fixed quote with your first-year total before we start.
No. Keep them for new customers if they work for you. Your website gives regulars a direct way to order and book, so fewer of their orders carry app commission.
We connect the systems you already use, such as [ResDiary, OpenTable, SevenRooms and your ordering provider]. If you don't have one yet, we help you choose.
Yes. Change dishes, prices, photos and allergens from your phone or laptop, and your website and table menus update at once. On a care plan, you can also send changes to us.
Every dish can list the 14 major allergens. You supply the allergen information and stay responsible for it. The Food Standards Agency's guidance expects written allergen information to be available, including online, and our menu pages make that easy.
Diners sign up to LoyaltyPoints for free and get a QR code on their phone. Your staff scan it at the till with a scanner we install with your EPOS system, such as Epos Now, and the stamp is added. It is free on request with any website package, and you choose the rewards. Marketing opt-ins are separate and unticked, so your customer list follows UK rules.
The QR code works on any phone with a camera. NFC tap works on most modern phones, including iPhone XS and later and most Android phones. Every sticker has both, so every diner can open the menu.
We recommend keeping some. Many diners like digital menus for speed, and some will always prefer paper. Offering both keeps everyone happy.
Your customer list and order data stay in accounts in your name, not ours. Diners choose whether to hear from you, with unticked opt-ins, and we follow UK GDPR with encrypted connections and daily backups.
Yes. You own the domain, design, content, code and customer data, in accounts in your name. If you ever leave, we hand everything over.
