Hosting and care questions.

Do I have to host with you?

No. Hosting is optional and included in every care plan. If you prefer your own hosting, we set the site up there instead.

Can you move my site from my current host?

Yes. We move your website, check everything works, and switch over with as little downtime as possible.

What happens if something goes wrong?

Tell us and we fix it. Daily backups mean we can restore your site if needed, and restores are handled by us.

What is in the monthly report?

Updates made, backups and uptime, and, on Care Plus and above, speed checks. Website Improvement adds a quarterly review of what to improve next.

What counts as a small update?

A change that takes up to 30 minutes, such as text, prices, opening hours or a photo. Essential Care includes 2 a month, then £10 each. Care Plus includes unlimited small updates under fair use, and Website Improvement adds 1 larger update a month.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes. Every care plan can be paid yearly for the price of 10 months.
